Our client, a national consulting group, is seeking a direct-hire Compensation & Compliance Analyst to join their busy team!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on market data for a wide variety of positions and compare with internal job descriptions to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Participate in pay equity analysis and compensation alignment.
  • Track company-wide metrics for compliance with government audits.
  • Responsible for preparing quarterly, monthly, and additional ad-hoc reports.
  • Make employee updates within HRIS to maintain accurate data and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of human resources, with a minimum of 2+ years of compensation experience required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with ADP or another HRIS is required.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $80K-$90K (DOE) plus an annual bonus.
  • Comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
  • Hybrid schedule of 3x/week in the Washington, DC office!
