Our client, an investment banking firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8/9am-5/6pm (flex to keep an eye on things after hours) and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote. This is a unique opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of executives with calendar management, travel planning, and event coordination
  • Update CRM, perform data entry, and manage expense reporting
  • Support new employee pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Plan New York office and firm wide events, serving as the culture carrier for the office
  • Share and implement best practices
  • Support business development, talent acquisition, and firm development efforts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4-8+ years of experience, some of which must be in financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Concur and/or Intapp preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $110-120K base depending on experience + bonus
