Our client, an association in the financial industry, is seeking a direct hire Trade Show Marketing Manager to support their marketing campaigns and events!

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to showcase products and service offerings, events, and member benefits.
  • Develop campaigns to promote exhibit participation at multiple annual conferences; travel to trade shows and work at the association's booth.
  • Review campaign data and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness, proposing recommendations for improvement accordingly.
  • Collaborate across departments, with graphic designers, and other colleagues to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Serve as a strategic resource to the leadership team, providing guidance on how to maximize and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience; 2+ years marketing trade shows required.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and online content management systems.
  • Strong strategy, execution, and delegation skills while meeting tight deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Up to $100K salary (DOE).
  • Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week in the Washington, DC office.
