Our client, a university in Cambridge, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role is full time Monday through Friday, lasting about 3+ months, is paying up to 35/hour, depending on experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performs complex and diverse administrative duties in support of a work area or group of individuals.
* Provides advanced administrative support for multiple programs and projects.
* Responds to inquiries requiring an in-depth understanding of work area, policies, and procedures.
* Inquiries may be complex and require additional research.
* Takes ownership of inquiries by providing explanations and instructions.
* Ensures inquiries are addressed and resolved.
* Schedules diverse and complex appointments and meetings, accommodating multiple calendars and competing priorities.
* Schedules diverse and complex travel arrangements.
* Prepares itineraries for multiple constituents.
* Attends high-level meetings; records, interprets, drafts, and distributes (pending approval) minutes from said meetings.
* Composes and edits correspondence and other documents.
* Makes editorial changes in materials, including limited rewriting, tables, and graphics; and independently checks for accuracy of content by referencing a variety of sources and researches and gathers information for content.
* Independently replies to correspondence when appropriate.
* Writes content for and designs presentation materials.
* Produces reports and charts as necessary.
* Prepares materials for proposals, tenure cases, staff meetings, and other activities.
* Communicates needs and obtains all information required, including missing materials, researching biographical information, and drafting content as needed.
* Drafts work area materials such as briefings, newsletters, and other documents.
* May use desktop publishing software to produce work.
* Coordinates mass mailings for high-profile events, conferences, retreats, and Page 1 of 4 meetings.
* May update DLC website(s) and/or write content for social media.
* May assist with DLC HR transactions, such as applicant tracking, timesheet approvals, etc,
