Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Gainesville, TX 76240

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: Target salary $115k+ (Dependent on Experience)

Job Description: As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work culture. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide strategic HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This is an onsite role that requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional HR knowledge, and a passion for driving employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Partner with management to address employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, promotions, and annual reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred but not required.
