Our client, an investment platform, is seeking an Office Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 8/8:30-5/5:30pm and this role is in the office five days a week. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a role with opportunity to take on more!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on office construction projects, office moves, and leasehold initiatives
  • Coordinate all desk and office moves; conduct onboarding/off boarding
  • Manage junior administrative staff
  • Oversee the meeting room calendars and conference room-scheduling as well as AV facilities in conference rooms, liaising with internal IT team
  • Manage catering needs, monitor facilities, and process vendor invoices
  • Oversee and manage social events and team outings
  • Order and maintain inventory of office/kitchen supplies
  • Develop ideas for efficiencies and improvements to various processes

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in an Office Manager role, preferably in professional services/finance
  • Experience supporting an office sized between 90-100 people
  • Experience managing a team of junior staff members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $125K base depending on experience + bonus
  • 100% company covered health care
