Our client, a conservative organization, is in need of an Executive Assistant who plays a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Trustees, policymakers, and media. Responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support on a daily basis, collaborating with the President on new initiatives, and overseeing special projects. About the Job:

  • Provides comprehensive executive support to the President, managing schedules, communications, and confidential correspondence, while organizing detailed travel plans.
  • Coordinates a complex calendar, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of the President's time amidst conflicting needs and deadlines.
  • Acts as a liaison between the President and various stakeholders, serving as the point of contact for staff, donors, policymakers, and board members.
  • Screens and manages email and phone communications, researching background information to address inquiries effectively.
  • Manages mail, drafts correspondence, and prepares various documents using Microsoft Office software; composes briefs and talking points.
  • Facilitates official travel arrangements for the President and oversees records management, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in administrative tasks.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 5+ years of high-level executive support is required; previous Capitol Hill experience is a plus!
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and travel booking software.
  • Accustomed to supporting an executive with an extensive travel, fundraising, and meeting/event schedule.
  • Excellent writing skills are crucial, as well as anticipating needs and interacting professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Politically aligned with supporting a conservative organization.

About the Position:

  • $85K-$90K (DOE) with a comprehensive benefits package.
  • 100% onsite in Washington, DC; Metro accessible.
  • Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm.
  • Occasional work outside of the core hours is required.
