Local social services organization in search of an Operations Coordinator to join their team! Searching for an individual with strong administrative skills, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Provides executive support to the Chief Operations Officer including scheduling, preparing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Compiles data for monthly reports
- Assist in collecting, verifying, and submitting payroll and invoices
- Serves as a liaison between departments
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 2+ years in an administrative role
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
