As a Program Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in administering programs, including professional training programs, conferences, and special events. About the Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the Education team for a variety of initiatives and annual conferences.
  • Maintain task lists and project deadlines through a project management software such as Asana.
  • Collaborate with staff across various departments to achieve project objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to program participants and speakers.
  • Assist in application review and the selection processes for differernt educational programs and awards.
  • Support the coordination and execution of event logistics, including management of program materials, preparation of agendas, and tracking registrations.

About You:

  • 2+ years of administrative or program support experience; within a nonprofit is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems; experience with website content management and project management tools are a plus.
  • Interest in media and women's leadership issues is ideal.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are committed to continual learning and growth.
  • Able to work on-site in Washington, DC, four (4) days/week.

About the Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50K-$5K, depending on experience.
