As Sponsorships Manager with our nonprofit client, you'll be at the forefront of managing relationships with industry partners and sponsors, driving critical leads to ensure continued success and growth. About the Job:

  • Conduct research and prospecting of sponsor leads, aimed at diversifying the organization's sponsorship portfolio and revenue streams.
  • Manage start-to-finish sponsor benefit delivery, including onsite activation, recognition across marketing materials, and customized fulfillment reports to maintain partner engagement.
  • Support the annual event fundraising strategies, driving maximum partner visibility and satisfaction.
  • Manage the delivery of program registrations and memberships that are included within sponsorship benefits, providing value-added opportunities where appropriate.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, coupled with 5+ years in sponsorship or business development, preferably in a not-for-profit or association setting.
  • Highly organized and dependable with a proactive and engaging attitude, adept at crafting compelling fundraising messages and building strong sponsor relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Passionate about media and technology, with a keen interest in developing women in leadership.

About the Compensation and Benefits:

  • $70K -$75K, depending on experience.
