Our client, an investment services company located in Midtown East, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/OM. This position starts May 27th and will last for approximately 3 weeks. The hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, 5 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients as they come through the office
  • Managing the conference room and zoom schedule
  • Ordering lunch daily for the office
  • Ad hoc needs as they arise

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a administrative position
  • Eager to loan a helping hand
  • Someone who is polite, discreet, and easy-going

Compensation:

  • $21/hr
