Our client, a property management company located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to hire basis. The schedule for this role is 8:30am to 5:30pm and is compensating $24-$25 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for management office and answer all calls coming into the main line.
  • Provide direct administrative support including ordering supplies, maintaining files, producing and distributing forms, etc.
  • Oversee and calculate all tenant billings including utilities, work orders, purchases, and misc. service requests
  • Prepare and review monthly rent statements for accuracy
  • Communicate with building tenants regarding requests, and staff to resolve issues
  • Maintain online work order and visitor entry software
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including loading dock and freight reservations
  • Maintain proper documentation for Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors
  • Assist with scheduling and contracting vendor work throughout the building and accurately communicating impact to tenants
  • Support building events, tenant events and outside user group events; room setups, ordering catering and coordinating vendors and event details, etc.
  • Support regular community programming which may fall outside of normal business hours
  • Conduct facility inspections within property

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • 2 plus years in commercial real estate/property management preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use discretion and a high level of professionalism
  • Critical thinking
  • Accustomed to high-pressured environments
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties
