Our client, a distinguished non-profit organization in Bryn Mawr, PA, is looking for a contract Receptionist to support their team on a temporary basis. Please see below for more details:

The Receptionist will be responsible for handling day to day operations in the office setting and coordinating message distribution to staff and outside organizations. They will be responsible for coordinating the office schedule which will include making reminder calls clients and utilizing Outlook, or a similar electronic system, to maintain schedule.

About the Job:

  • Daily administrative support to the team lead and representatives within the department.
  • Provide support to consumers and staff members whether in person or over the phone.
  • Maintain calendars through Microsoft Outlook.
  • Assist with follow up calls for individual's appointments.
  • Maintain, organize, and filing documentation.
  • Support the manager with database management.
  • Input billing information through the client's electronic health record.
  • Submit time reimbursements for staff.

About You:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but not required

This position requires someone to be able to work independently while being resourceful for both internal and external individuals. The position will be onsite in their Bryn Mawr office and will be paying 17.55/hr while under contract.
