Our client in Washington, DC is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant! If you are a strong, preferably multi-lingual, professional with 8+ years of proven executive support experience, apply now!

About the Job:

  • Manage executive schedules and prioritizing events, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Liaise for executives and their teams by facilitating internal and external communications.
  • Work closely with the Administration team to coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and other support needs.
  • Supported various projects, email management, and meeting material preparations.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel arrangements for both groups and individuals.
  • Handle travel documents, including passports and visas.

About You:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, handling confidential information with high discretion.
  • Proficient with Mac OS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software/systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and critical thinking skills; adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working autonomously under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • A self-starter who works independently, manages up effectively, and proactively anticipates others' needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective in working with various personality types, receptive to feedback, and capable of working remotely.
  • Able to travel for managing logistics at conferences and company events.

About the Position:

  • $100K-$115K, depending on experience.
  • Remote-local to Washington, DC.
  • Potential for annual bonus!
