Our client who is a well-known educational institution in Philadelphia, PA is looking for their next Administrative Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Overview:

This role involves overseeing administrative processes and coordinating essential reporting and data management tasks while supporting a Dean within the school.

About the Job

  • Managing and coordinating departmental meetings.
  • Maintain the client's database to ensure data is regularly updated.
  • Provide support in preparation and coordination to generate reports.
  • Process additional documentation and requests aligned to the client's policies
  • Manage the Dean's schedule and coordinate divisional meetings.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative position.
  • Proficiency in database management (Example: CRM/ATS software)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and have proven experience working in a collaborative environment. Additionally, this is a contract position paying up to $24 per hour based on experience and will be onsite in their Philadelphia location.
