Our client, a non-profit organization located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Grants Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary to potentially permanent basis. The schedule for this role is 9am to 5pm and is compensating up to $25 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Job Responsibilities:
* Communicating effectively with team, administrators, and sponsors to facilitate the mission of the organization.
* Assisting colleagues in the development of grant proposals, including budget development, and collecting materials.
* Reconciling expenses, coordinating with grant administrators, and accounting department to resolve discrepancies.
* Assisting with development and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports and final reports.
* Following regulations established by funding agencies.
* Scheduling and helping organize meetings as assigned, including communicating with participants, managing invitation lists, and preparing agendas.
* Assisting in the development of content for web pages.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree and experience in grant administration.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, including follow-through and tracking of long-term projects and daily tasks.
* Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and precise; and very comfortable working with office software (Word, Excel, Acrobat, and data entry).
* Willingness to take on new responsibilities, with opportunities for career development and advancement.
* Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and able to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.
* Experience in maintaining confidential materials.
