Our client is a leading Architecture firm in Philadelphia seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator to join their team! This position will be Onsite Five Days a Week and will require an individual to provide administrative support to multiple departments. Please see below for the details regarding the opportunity!

About You:

  • 1 + year of experience in an Administrative setting
  • Proficient and proven experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

About the Job:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide assistance and coordination of maintenance and service requests for the building.

This position is onsite five days a week at our client's Philadelphia location and is temporary. The position pays up to $21/hr based on experience.
