Global financial services executive search boutique firm located in Midtown West is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to support 2 Partners in the NYC office. This position will start ASAP upon finding the right fit, operating on a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days on-site Tues-Thurs. Hours are expected to be typical business hours with availability after-hours as needed. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Support two US based Partners
  • Complex Candidate / Client / Internal calendar management
  • As as a liaison between candidates and clients when organizing interviews (including travel, where required)
  • Support for other areas of the executive search process e.g., updating mandate progress excel summaries ahead of client meetings
  • Organize both domestic and international travel
  • PowerPoint support (for client proposals and presentations)
  • Collate and manage expenses
  • Office support/manager duties e.g., supplies and IT trouble shooting

Skills & Experience:

  • 6 years plus experience as an Executive Assistant working for one (or ideally more) senior executives
  • Undergraduate degree from a top university is a plus
  • Experience dealing/interfacing with senior-level professionals
  • Good communication skills, can-do attitude, proactive attitude, professional demeanor, good gate-keeper
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and relationship-building skills, ability to act with discretion
  • Happy to work in a small team
  • Experience in the recruitment / executive search industry is a plus
  • Strong proof reading and PowerPoint skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100-130K DOE + Great benefits
