Our client, an investment adviser, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Greenwich, CT office, supporting their Investor Relations team. This role will be in office Monday - Wednesday with Thursday and Friday remote from 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Track investor calls, meetings, prospect mailbox and other departmental processes
  • Prepare meeting materials (presentations, books, bios etc.)
  • Travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
  • Assist with planning and execution for both internal and client events
  • Prepare expense reports for the department
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects including firm wide events, philanthropy and brand management

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • 5+ years of solid administrative experience with a track record of professional success; financial services experience strongly preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with event planning is highly preferred
  • Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines
  • Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work
  • Maturity and high degree of professionalism

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $100K base depending on experience + paid OT + bonus
