Our client is seeking a creative and dependable Sr. Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will be fully onsite in their Armore, PA location. Please see below for further details of the opportunity:

About You:

  • 3+ yrs of traditional Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Experience with maintaining expense reports.
  • Experienced in coordinating travel.
  • Possessing a creative mindset and excellent critical thinking skills.

About the Job:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment for all employees.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and stocking necessary items.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with building management and vendors to resolve any facility-related issues.
  • Support three partners with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation using Concur.
  • Handle expense reporting for partners, ensuring timely and accurate submission and reconciliation through Concur.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary training on office procedures.
  • Plan and organize office events and meetings, including coordinating catering and preparing meeting materials.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and provide general administrative support as needed.

As mentioned, this position will be onsite in their Ardmore, PA location. Additionally, this position is paying up to 90,000/year based on experience.
