Our client, a widely known association in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a temporary Program Associate to support their teams through December!
About the Job:
- Manage phone and email communications, liaising with members, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ensure tools for documentation and submittal tracking are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage and update working groups, database, and email lists.
- Assist with internal and external meeting logistics, preparation, and coordination.
- Manage SharePoint document libraries.
- Coordinate responses to ad-hoc requests and assist with other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of complex project support experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products and DocuSign.
- Effective written communication, proofreading, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
About the Position:
- $30/hr-$39/hr, depending on experience.
- Starting ASAP and lasting through December.
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
- Metro accessible.
