Our client, a communications coaching company, is seeking an Office Manager to add to their team in NYC. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm in their office 3 days and 2 remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Business Manager
  • Act as book keeper for the office
  • Create and send invoices to clients
  • Facilitate day to day operations, and be responsible for calendar maintenance
  • Make travel arrangements by booking flights, cars and hotels

Qualifications:

  • Must be tech savvy with Excel experience
  • 4+ years of office environment experience

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $75-$80K base
  • Medical and dental - 75% for medical, 100% for dental
  • 15 PTO days
  • Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability Benefits
  • 401k with 3% match
