Our client, a financial services provider located in the Greater Boston area, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team until November. The hours for this role are either Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, 11:30am-8pm, or part time on weekends, Saturday-Sunday 8:30am-5pm. The role is compensating $22 an hour. Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and respond to emails from client administrators and employees
  • Receive, manage, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform research on reported questions and concerns, including researching transactions, troubleshooting technical errors, and other analysis and research as requested
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering efficient assistance and support
  • Log and document all call information
  • Multi-task between various programs to assist in addressing customer inquiries
  • Respond to inbound emails and chat service

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • A minimum of 2 years of comparable experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • High School diploma. Associates degree or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Experience with payment (i.e. commercial cards), fintech, or B2B services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing and word processing skills, including the ability to type 40 words per minute
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including effective multitasking and issue tracking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
