Our client, a leading Executive Search firm located in Midtown East, is seeking a part-time temp to perm Office Coordinator to join their Admin Services team. This role starts on 7/29 with an estimated 3-6-month temp trial period. This role is fully onsite. The part time schedule will be Monday-Thursday, though some weeks they may need you to work on Friday depending on what's going on (there will be notice). The hours are 8:45am-6pm, 1 hr for lunch (with some flexibility as needed). Hourly pay rate is $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Service as front-desk reception and hosting clients and candidates in the office.
  • Planning internal and external events (ex. Team offsites, business development events, etc.) including scheduling, booking meeting space, coordinating catering, and managing logistics
  • Edit, print, scan and bind documents as needed.
  • Managing mailing list distribution and selection / delivery of gifts for internal recognition as well as for successful candidates.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks/ projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Communicator and Service-Orientation. Skillful communicator who can develop clear messaging, provide quality service, and effectively adapt style to fit different audiences.
  • Relationship-Builder. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, particularly the ability to develop rapport and engage with people at all levels.
  • Project Management and Attention to Detail. Ability to prioritize, manage, and balance a variety of responsibilities effectively, efficiently, and accurately.
  • Problem Solving Capabilities. Ability to quickly synthesize information, connect dots and develop solutions.
  • A university degree from a respected institution is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of corporate experience.
