Position Overview:
Are you a skilled Demand Generation Specialist with a strong background in driving marketing success? Our client, a prominent financial services firm, is seeking a temporary specialist for a 6-month engagement. If you bring over 5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and a track record of maximizing demand generation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance on-page conversions using data-driven insights.
- Analyze performance data to identify conversion opportunities and refine tactics.
- Manage and optimize web products, providing recommendations on features and user experiences.
- Collaborate with teams to meet targets by reducing friction and emphasizing product value.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track performance, analyze data, and continuously improve strategies in real-time.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SEO tools, A/B testing tools, CSS, and HTML.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Position Details:
- Hourly Rate: $55 - $65, based on experience.
- Duration: 6 months temporary assignment.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid, with 4 days per week onsite.
- Location: Arlington, VA.
