Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist

Are you an experienced email marketing professional eager to make an impact? Our client is seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join their vibrant team on a part-time basis. If you have over 4 years of email marketing experience and are proficient with Salesforce, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of email marketing, including content creation, strategy development, list management, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
• Manage the email marketing calendar, optimize send volume, and refine list targeting based on performance metrics and segmentation.
• Collaborate with creative, digital marketing, and communication teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time.
• Enhance marketing campaigns through improved graphics, personalization, and automation.
• Partner with product stakeholders to align and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Create and manage automated, timely, and brand-consistent emails, interpreting and applying marketing documents effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in email marketing, with a strong grasp of strategy and current trends.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with email performance reporting are required.
• Experience in agency or non-profit settings is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Position Details:

• Hourly Rate: $33 - $38, based on experience.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week.
• On-Site Requirement: 2 days per week at the Washington, DC office.
