Our client, a global internet infrastructure company, is seeking a direct-hire Benefits Director to join their growing Benefits team out of the Reston, VA office!
- Manage the design, delivery, and administration of self-funded domestic/international programs including medical, dental, pharmacy, life and disability.
- Responsible for maintaining plan documentation and compliance across all privacy regulations and filings.
- Responsible for reviewing vendor contracts for accuracy and propose adjustments as needed.
- Works closely with domestic and international vendors, consultants, auditors, and brokers.
- Reviews and evaluates benefits programs through data, trends, and cost analysis to ensure competitiveness of plan design.
- Track financials and budget, preparing reports and recommendations.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for employees with questions on benefit plans.
About You:
- A bachelors degree and 10+ years of progressive benefits is required..
- Hands-on experience with self-funded plans is required.
- Experience with both domestic and international benefits plans is required.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to review documents and contracts with a fine-tooth-comb.
- A collaborative team-player who is passionate about benefits and supporting fellow employees.
About the Position:
- Salary range of $175K-$215K (dependent on experience)
- Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan package.
- Flexible hybrid schedule with weekly time in the Reston, VA office.
