Our client, a global financial advisory firms seeks to hire an Administrative/CRM Assistant in their NYC office. This is a hybrid position, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. The hours are 8:30am-6:00pm, availability for OT as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage busy Outlook calendars
  • Prepare and format Briefing Notes and a high volume of documents
  • Create Weekly Investor Feedback documents for the Analysts
  • Facilitate data input and output using Deal Cloud, ensuring the database is kept up-to-date
  • Compile and submit expense reports
  • Book travel, lodging and make reservations

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Extremely organized and very strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience
