The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, and providing scheduling support for senior leadership, while also handling executive communications, preparing documents, and organizing corporate events. The position requires collaboration with various teams to manage purchase orders and contracts, along with submitting expense reports and maintaining an organized filing system. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
