Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking a Junior Compliance Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm and this role is in the office four days a week with one remote.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, trainings, and projects for General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer
- Manage compliance tool and implement training for the program, track all compliance information, assist with due diligence
- Calendar management, coordinate travel, and submit and process expenses in Concur
- Assist with ad hoc tasks, creating profiles in Salesforce, and additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Concur and Salesforce
- Experience in legal or compliance
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $75K base depending on experience + bonus
