Our client, a national association, is looking for a temporary Customer Success Specialist to join their team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of customer service experience and familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk. Are you interested? Apply today!
Responsibilities:
* Handle information requests via phone, email, and website while providing superior customer service.
* Address pain points, enhance product usability, and implement a comprehensive onboarding program.
* Establish and maintain account relationships, upsell and cross-sell, and deliver exceptional service.
* Support product launches, meet product requirements, and manage invoicing.
* Other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer support experience.
* 1+ years of project management experience.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Experience using MS Office, Salesforce, and Zendesk is required.
* Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Position Information:
* Pays $23/hr-$25/hr
* Temporary for 4 months.
* Hybrid 2 days/week on-site in Arlington, VA.
