Our client, a Private Equity firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Junior Compliance Assistant. This role will be in office 4 days per week with 1 day work rom home. Hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility for overtime.
Duties:
- Create company profiles in Salesforce
- Provide assistance to General Counsel: calendar, travel, trainings, projects, invoices, and other duties
- Input expenses in Concur
- Organize visitors/vendor log
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Track employees investments, pensions, and due diligence with compliance
- Manage and know the different policies, activities, schedules of the office for compliance
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of administrative experience preferably with a legal tie
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Forward thinking
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary up to $75k, hourly rate in line
