Our client, a global executive search firm, is seeking a Search Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm on a hybrid schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in their office and Wednesdays and Fridays remote.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate research and mapping and adding profiles to Thrive from Linkedin
- Schedule virtual and in-person meetings using Outlook calendar
- Book travel for candidates and working with our travel agent/client's travel agent to book air travel, ground transportation, and lodging for candidates
- Prepare pitch materials and research reports, create graphics, target lists, charts, tables, etc. ad hoc
- Take notes at individual franchise meetings, format and edit bios and resumes
- Update internal database and prepare long-list reports
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required
- 2+ years of experience in a client facing position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and confidence
Compensation/Benefits:
- $75K base dependent on experience plus bonus
- 401K with match
