Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.

Responsibilities:
* Manage busy calendars for a team of Executives and Associates
* Heavy scheduling across time zones for meetings and travel
* Book international and domestic travel including hotels, flights, and car services
* Process and submit expenses
* Assist with portfolio companies by coordinating and setting up meetings

Qualifications:
* 6+ years of experience, ideally out financial services
* Confident and responsive professional who thrives in a high volume, fast paced environment
* Proactive and has good communication skills
