About the Job:
- Provide administrative support as needed, including clerical tasks such as typing memorandums and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Proactively manage and complete work order tickets with excellent customer service, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Coordinate office moves, department relocations, and conference room setups, as well as maintaining organized storage areas.
- Assist in monitoring on-site vendors/contractors and coordinate logistics for internal/external meetings and freight shipments.
- Order and distribute office supplies, restock pantry and copy room supplies, and hang office decorations.
- Conduct regular assessments of assigned areas for inefficiencies and maintenance needs, while also providing guidance to Ricoh employees and aiding in supply orders for the print shop and mail room.
About You:
- 3+ years of office or facilities services/building maintenance experience in a corporate setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, work order databases, and electronic timesheet systems.
- Ability to assemble, install, adjust, and repair office furniture and accessories.
- Proficient with computer, laser printers, photocopiers, and various hand/power tools.
- Knowledgeable in safe lifting techniques (up to 50 pounds) and furniture moving.
- Familiarity with work order systems and ability to read construction drawings/floor plans.
About the Position
- Pays $21/hr-$23/hr
- Temporary for at least 1 month
- 30 hours/week
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
