Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their SVP of HR for 6 months!

About You:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience is required.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.

The Job:

  • Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
  • Maintain files, monitor/screen calls, and prepare expense reports.
  • Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
  • Draft/edit correspondence and documents; work with internal and external contacts.
  • Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
