Our client, a philanthropic organization, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their SVP of HR for 6 months!
About You:
- 5+ years of administrative experience is required.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently.
The Job:
- Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
- Maintain files, monitor/screen calls, and prepare expense reports.
- Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
- Draft/edit correspondence and documents; work with internal and external contacts.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
