Our client, a well-known law firm located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Office Facilities Coordinator to support one the office and staff ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Resolve caller issues for system problems and escalate as needed.
- Evaluate equipment requirements.
- Install PC's, hardware, and resolve issues.
- Interface with vendors and teams for requests.
- Preform minor hardware repair.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent facilities experience is required.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Office 365 with a strong tech savviness.
- Knowledge of computer set-up, A/V set-up, and able to resolve minor hardware problems.
- Experience with iOS and Android devices and well as a working knowledge of Asset Tracking.
- Detail-oriented/organized with excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $23-$27/hr through March 2025.
- Potential to extend or become permanent.
- $60K-$70K if made permanent.
- On-site 100% in Washington, DC.
