Our client, a professional association, has a need for a temporary Program Assistant with a focus on data to start supporting their team. Join this busy and dynamic group and provide much needed support for 2 months in their Alexandria, VA office.
Responsibilities:
* Perform data analysis to assist their upcoming conference.
* Utilize excel to create various pivot tables.
* Provide strict and complete quality control, ensuring accuracy.
* Support administrative tasks as relevant to the department.
* Preform related data, administrative, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of data experience in a professional setting.
* Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables.
* Tech savvy with strong communication skills.
* Excellent Microsoft Office and PowerPoint proficiencies!
* Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
About the Position:
* $25/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for a little over 2 months.
* Starting mid-September.
* 100% on-site for the first two weeks.
* Potential for hybrid after initial start.
* Office located in Alexandria, VA.
