Our client, a national association, is looking for a temporary part-time Donations Coordinator to join their team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of relevant experience. Are you interested? Apply today!
Responsibilities:
* Monitor incoming ticket requests and correspond with members to resolve or assist with requests.
* Input data on donations and maintain reports on candidate contributions.
* Compile monthly reports on donations to by stake-holder groups.
* Build out annual incentives for advocacy groupings.
* Assist with outreach to affiliates to increase contact points.
* Other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Experience using MS Office and Salesforce is required.
* Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Position Information:
* Pays $20/hr-$22/hr
* Temporary for 4 months.
* Part-time for 20-25 hours/week.
* Starting ASAP!
* Hybrid 1 day/week on-site in Arlington, VA.
