Our client, a health related non-profit, is looking for a Program Officer to join their team! This is a temporary-to-permanent position that pays $23/hr-$26/hr while temporary and has potential to convert between $50k-$60k DOE.
About the Job:
* Manage calendars/scheduling; track project timelines and assist with event planning/coordination.
* Support event and meeting logistics
* Assist with both legislative and academic research.
* Monitor for relevant news and resources for the newsletter.
* Provide additional programmatic/administrative support as needed.
About You:
* 3+ years of relevant professional experience within the public health non-profit realm is ideal.
* A bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree is prefered.
* Proficient in MS Office Products Continue(especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Excellent oral/written communication, time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
* $23/hr-$26/hr while temporary.
* $50k-$60k when permanent.
* Hybrid on-site 2-3 days/week in Washington, DC.
