Our client, a Real Estate Development firm located in the Bronx is seeking a Temporary Receptionist who can start right away. This is an open-ended position that will last at least 2 months. This role will require someone to be onsite from Tuesday through Saturday. Hours on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays will be 8:30am - 5pm. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, hours will be 11am - 7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answering a high-volume of calls
- Greeting building visitors and tenants
- Taking complaints and effectively communicating them to the appropriate person
- High volume of emails
- Helping with rent payments and scanning bills to accounting
- Taking in and sorting mail
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Rate:
- $23 - $25/hr
