Our client, an alternative investment management company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the a Global Head and Talent Team their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30/6pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule internal and external appointments and interview schedules, confirm meetings, and coordinate with other assistants
  • Answer calls and act as a gatekeeper; provide back-up support to other senior professionals
  • Complete detailed corporate expenses including tracking receipts and reimbursements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, visas/passports, cars, hotels, and other reservations
  • Executive contracts on behalf of team and help to train and onboard other Administrative Assistants
  • Maintain and organize files and perform ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of administrative assistant experience ideally supporting a talent/recruiting team or in the executive search industry
  • Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Concur preferred
  • Organized professional with strong follow up skills and great attention to detail

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $110k base depending on experience + OT + bonus
