Our client in Healthcare Services is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team on a temporary assignment! The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for all employment openings at their assigned locations in the Greater Philadelphia region.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interviewing strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to align with organizational needs and goals
About the Job:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for all position levels across the assigned sites.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies and action plans in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline strategy that ensures a continuous flow of candidates.
- Market open positions to both active and passive job seekers by leveraging the client's brand.
- Identify, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements for the role.
- Verify candidate credentials and ensure compliance with hiring standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as a career development consultant to internal applicants, guiding them through their professional growth within the organization.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and maintain records of candidate interactions in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
As mentioned, this position is a contract position. Our client will be seeking candidates who are comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in their Philadelphia, PA location.
