Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a direct hire Marketing Coordinator to support their busy marketing team and the Washington, DC office!
About the Job:
- Assist with producing and performing quality control on client facing marketing materials.
- Support event production and logistics tracking.
- Maintain mailing lists and contact lists within the CRM system, while supporting back-end projects.
- Manage promotional items and support award submissions for publications.
- Ensure marketing materials align with the association's mission and objectives.
About You:
- A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, particularly with content design, is required.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Canva and other programs.
- Experience with CRM or other database software is required.
- Proactive and driven, with the ability to work within tight deadlines and utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
About the Position:
- $60K-$70K, depending on experience.
- Hybrid schedule on-site 3 days/week.
- Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
