Our client, a reputable private equity firm in Bethesda, MD, is in need of a dedicated Receptionist to join their office! With your strong collaborative nature, proactive communication, and knack for multitasking, you'll excel in representing the office and providing essential support to the firm. About the Job:

  • Welcome visitors and answer phones, ensuring a tidy reception area.
  • Coordinate conference room logistics including AV setup, catering, and scheduling.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and replenishment, ensuring shelves are stocked.
  • Organize and maintain orderly supply room, including restocking and tidying.
  • Support office events and programming, occasionally assisting off-site.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Complete additional special projects and ad hoc tasks.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • 1+ years of administrative or professional, or strong internship experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work 5x/week on-site at their gorgeous Bethesda, MD office.
