We're hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing healthcare company in hiring a part-time Onboarding Specialist to start immediately. This is a fully remote position.

Job Overview:

As a Remote Part-Time Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring new hires have a seamless onboarding experience. You'll be responsible for guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with us, ensuring all required paperwork, training, and orientation tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, virtual environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including sending offer letters, contracts, and new hire paperwork.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual orientation sessions and training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure all onboarding steps are completed efficiently.
  • Ensure new employees have access to necessary tools, systems, and resources.
  • Track and document onboarding progress, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback from new hires and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, onboarding, or a related role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
