Our association client is seeking a direct hire Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead strategic operations and lead the Talent Acquisition team!
About the Job:
- Build and maintain streamlined recruitment operations.
- Create a dashboard to track metrics and KPIs, in support of developing data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Stay on top of new tools and technologies, making recommendations of items to implement and enhance productivity.
- Ensure all recruitment strategies are executed and compliant with laws and regulations.
- Manage other talent and recruitment related areas as required.
About You:
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with 2+ years of team management experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required; additional certifications are a plus!
- ATS and HRIS proficiency is required.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
About the Position:
- $115K-$125K, depending on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package in addition to an annual bonus.
- Hybrid schedule, 3 days/week onsite in the Alexandria, VA office.
