Our client in Financial Services is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis! They are seeking a highly-organized and proactive administrative partner to support multiple members of their Leadership Team. The hours for this opportunity are 9AM - 2PM Monday to Friday and require the candidate's commitment until March 2025.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience
- Proficency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well organized with a skill in time management.
- Demonstrates dependability and a strong work ethic.
About the Job:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and processing expense reports for multiple team members.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and presentations for town halls and team meetings.
- Attend meetings to take detailed minutes and manage action items, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion.
- Draft and edit internal communications and serve as a liaison between the internal/external stakeholders.
- Support special projects by conducting research, performing data analysis, and assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring all documentation is secure and easily accessible.
- Oversee logistics and coordination for executive events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in monitoring departmental budgets, including processing invoices and managing expense reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes and workflows, driving improvements in efficiency and productivity.
- Provide other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations across the team.
As mentioned, this is a part-time opportunity that requires candidate's to be local our client's Wayne, PA office.
