Our client, a leading global executive search firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30/9am-5/5:30pm (flex to check email after hours) and this role is hybrid with two days in the office and three days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client and candidate scheduling
- Manage a busy calendar and anticipate last minute scheduling alterations
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations, editing/revising/proofreading as needed
- Book international/domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process and submit expense in a timely manner
- Complete job status reports
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a support role
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Proven track record seeing projects through from start to finish
- Excellent written communication and tech skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80-90/95K base depending on experience + over time + bonus
