Our client, a leading global executive search firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator for a consultant in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30/9am-5/5:30pm (flex to check email after hours) and this role is hybrid with two days in the office and three days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and create meeting materials and presentations, editing/revising/proofreading as needed
- Coordinate a busy calendar with candidate and client meetings
- Manage job status reports
- Make travel arrangements, international/ including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Complete and submit expense reports
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a support role
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skillful in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80-90/95K base depending on experience + over time + bonus
